“My name is Sam Gunn, I'm 16 and my home town is Cairns. Ive been wakeboarding for about 3yrs now and loving every moment of it. I am currently working at Cable Ski Cairns which is awesome because I get to ride every day. When I'm not wakeboarding I like hanging out with all my mates and just having fun. In my wakeboarding career I would like to travel and compete in competitions all over the world. Next year I hope to enter all the Pro Tour stops in Australia. I have been lucky enough to be sponsored and employed by Clayton Dunn owner of Cable Ski Cairns. He has been a massive help and mentor towards my wakeboarding. Also I have been able to work with some professional wakeboarders such as Sam 'BoBo' Collins, Lauren Mead and Sam Schefe. These guys have inspired me to try new tricks and have guided me along the way.”
